Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, and required assets (content, images, brand guidelines) to ensure project timelines are met. Delays on the client's end may result in adjusted project deadlines.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for the deliverables (custom code, designs, content) are transferred to the client. Haik Digital reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any proprietary information, trade secrets, or client data shared with Haik Digital will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Haik Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Haik Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
