Payment Policy

At Haik Digital, we believe in transparent, secure, and mutually beneficial business relationships. Our payment policies are designed to protect both our clients and our agency.

1. Upfront Payments & Deposits

To commence work on any project, Haik Digital requires an upfront deposit or milestone funding. The specific deposit amount (typically 30% to 50%) will be clearly outlined in your custom project quote and agreement.

2. Milestone-Based Workflow

For larger projects, we break the work down into clear, deliverable milestones. Subsequent phases of work will only begin after the previous milestone has been reviewed, approved, and the corresponding payment has been settled.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Payoneer (Invoices)
  • Wise / International Bank Transfers
  • Escrow services (for large or new client projects)
  • Chapa / Local Bank Transfers (for Ethiopian clients)

4. Final Handover

Final project assets, source code, and administrative access will be handed over to the client only after the final project balance has been paid in full.

5. Ongoing Retainers

For ongoing support, virtual assistance, and digital marketing retainers, billing occurs on a monthly basis. Invoices are typically sent on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days.
